WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Develop, implement, and own a marketing strategy for a variety of ecommerce products;

• Plan and execute campaigns across paid channels (e.g., YouTube, Meta);

• Analyze performance data to identify wins, cut losses, and scale profitably;

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams - creatives, media buyers, operations, supply;

• Optimize assets - ads, landing pages, offers, funnels - for maximum conversion;

• Report results & insights to leadership, making clear recommendations for next steps;

• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
  

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• Experience in Marketing Project Management and/or performance marketing (preferably e-commerce);

• Track record of successfully launching and/or managing products;

• Proven ability to identify and create content that resonates with target audiences;

• Strong communication skills;

• Ability to think strategically and translate vision into actionable plan;

• Data-driven decision-making skills;

• Experience working in a fast-paced dynamic environment;

• Fluent communication in English and Lithuanian;

• Experience working with the U.S. market.
