WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Contribute to product development decisions;

• Design, develop, and test features;

• Resolve technical challenges for seamless system functionality and optimal performance;

• Maintain features with effective monitoring, logging, and alerting;

• Share best practices with team members.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• Hands-on experience (5+ years) implementing and maintaining scalable, highly available, high-load systems;

• Customer centricity - putting the customer at the core of all business decisions and actions;

• Experience with PHP programming language is required. Proficiency with the Laravel framework is preferred, though expertise in Symfony is also considered valuable;

• Experience with React or any equivalent framework with willingness to learn React;

• Familiarity with modern software build pipelines and tools;

• Proficiency in NoSQL and SQL database, with willingness to learn MySQL

• Experience with real-time distributed messaging tools;

• Working experience with any cloud provider;

• Experience with event-based architecture;

• Experience in working within the e-commerce domain, including payment integrations, A/B testing, and conversion tracking;

• Knowledge in building secure web systems;

• Proactive in suggesting solutions, able to work autonomously, and skilled in problem-solving.
