WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Contribute to product development decisions;

• Design, develop, and test features;

• Maintain and improve existing technical solution;

• Resolve technical challenges for seamless system functionality and optimal performance;

• Define front-end development guidelines and best practices;

• Participate in front-end architecture decisions making;

• Proactively share knowledge with team members;

• Be go to person for front-end related questions.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• Hands-on experience (6+ years) implementing and maintaining scalable, highly customizable and performant front-end applications;

• Solid foundation in modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS for efficient styling;

• TypeScript expertise (intermediate to advanced);

• Solid understanding Web fundamentals;

• Proficiency with React or other modern front-end framework is required;

• Testing experience with unit tests (Vitest or Jest) to ensure code quality;

• Willingness to teach others, ensure best development practices and be go to person for front-end related questions;

• Able to break down complex problems into manageable chunks and provide realistic estimates;

• Experience with website customization via feature toggles and A/B testing;

• Good understanding of various front-end architecture approaches;

• Familiarity with modern software build pipelines and tools;

• Knowledge in building secure web systems;

• Proactive in suggesting solutions, able to work autonomously, skilled in problem-solving and focuses on business impact over perfection;

• Excellent communicator - shares updates proactively, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and embraces iterative development;

• Experience in working within the e-commerce domain including payment integrations is a bonus and conversion tracking.
