WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Lead and develop the Content Admin Team — starting with 3 and growing to 10+ specialists.

• Ensure the team delivers fast, high-quality execution of all content changes across products, stores, and platforms.

• Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical or operational issues, ensuring they’re resolved quickly and effectively.

• Oversee workload distribution, set clear priorities, and track progress against defined KPIs and SLAs.

• Build efficient processes and ensure compliance with company standards, data accuracy, and content integrity.

• Analyze performance data, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process and automation improvements (including AI-driven solutions).

• Collaborate closely with Marketing (Product, Design etc) and IT teams to enable smooth operations and resolve systemic issues.

• Hire, mentor, and coach team members — turning strong executors into future specialists across the organization.

• Contribute to the overall business and IT enablement agenda, helping to scale systems that support fast global growth.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• Proven experience leading IT operational or support teams, ideally in content operations, or e-commerce.

• Strong organizational and analytical skills to manage workflows, priorities, and data-driven improvement.

• Curiosity for automation, AI tools, and continuous process improvement.

• Excellent communication in English
