WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Work with the team of PPC professionals to define, and execute different strategies with the best possible ROI outcome;

• Plan, manage, and execute digital media buying for multiple markets and products;

• Monitor campaign performance, while executing ongoing optimization strategies to hit personal and business KPIs;

• Leverage various tools to review performance and optimize campaigns accordingly;

• Manage high-budget campaigns;

• Run experiments to find new ways to scale campaigns;

• Executing periodic account audits;

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Google Ads;

• Collaborate with other teams.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• Previous PPC experience;

• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Shopping Ads;

• Attention to detail;

• Analytical thinking and organizational skills;

• Experience managing campaigns across multiple markets;

• Fluent in Lithuanian and English, both written and verbal;

• Nice to have: an eye for CRO improvements;

• Nice to have: proficiency with Clickup or similar project management platform;

• Nice to have: experience with Google Tag Manager.
