We’re now looking for a Mid-Level Backend Developer who’s ready to build, improve, and scale systems that power real customer experiences. If you value real impact and ongoing learning -you’ll fit right in.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Contribute to feature design and technical implementation;

• Develop, test, and maintain backend features;

• Collaborate with product and frontend teams to deliver customer-focused solutions;

• Help improve performance, reliability, and scalability;

• Monitor, debug, and troubleshoot production issues;

• Contribute to code reviews and share best practices;

• Continuously improve system quality and developer experience.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience building backend systems;

• Solid experience with PHP (Laravel preferred; Symfony is also welcome);

• Experience working with SQL databases (MySQL preferred) and basic knowledge of NoSQL;

• Familiarity with REST APIs and event-driven concepts;

• Experience working with modern development workflows (Git, CI/CD, containers, etc.);

• Basic experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar);

• Understanding of secure web development principles;

• Customer-centric mindset and attention to detail;

• Proactive attitude, ownership mindset, and strong problem-solving skills;

• Experience or interest in e-commerce is a strong plus.
