We’re now looking for a Public Communications QA Specialist with a focus on Public Communication to oversee, improve, and standardize the quality of our responses across review platforms, social media, and other public-facing channels.
This role ensures quality of all external communication, maintains high professional standards, mitigates reputational risk, and supports customer trust.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Own and elevate the quality of public communication across review platforms and social media channels;
Review and assess responses for tone, empathy, clarity, accuracy, and brand alignment;
Identify reputational risks, inconsistencies, and policy vulnerabilities before they escalate;
Ensure full compliance with internal communication standards and platform guidelines;
Provide structured QA evaluations with clear, actionable feedback to agents;
Act as a key liaison between the Reputation Team and Customer Support, ensuring alignment in messaging;
Design, document, and continuously improve public communication standards and frameworks;
Build and maintain tone-of-voice guidelines and response template libraries;
Lead training sessions, coaching initiatives, and calibration workshops;
Support agents in handling sensitive, high-risk, or complex public cases;
Monitor QA trends, recurring issues, and systemic gaps impacting public perception;
Deliver regular reporting and insights to drive measurable quality improvements;
Contribute to stronger review sentiment, consistency, and overall brand reputation.
WHAT WE EXPECT:
3+ years of experience in QA, Customer Support QA, or Public Communication Quality;
Proven experience creating QA scorecards, evaluation frameworks, and quality standards;
Exceptional written communication skills with a strong sense of tone and empathy;
Deep understanding of brand voice, reputational risk, and public-facing communication;
Ability to deliver structured, constructive, and growth-oriented feedback;
Strong analytical mindset comfortable working with performance metrics and trend analysis;
Experience facilitating training sessions and calibration meetings;
High attention to detail and strong ownership mentality;
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence communication standards across teams;
Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable taking full responsibility for quality outcomes.
