We’re seeking an experienced Legal Counsel who understands that effective legal guidance is measured by results not paperwork.

In this role, you’ll work closely with product leads and internal teams to ensure initiatives meet legal and regulatory requirements, while providing practical guidance on contracts, IP, consumer claims, compliance, and internal processes. You’ll help anticipate risks and implement solutions that keep the business moving smoothly.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Own legal matters across the business and serve as a trusted partner to cross-functional teams;

• Provide pragmatic guidance across commercial, corporate, IP, GDPR, consumer protection, IT, and compliance topics;

• Protect our brands and products through IP oversight and risk management;

• Turn legal and regulatory complexity into clear, commercially sound decisions that keep the business moving;

• Improve legal workflows, governance standards, and scalable ways of working as the company grows;

• Identify recurring risks early and build smarter processes that reduce friction and support fast execution;

• Coordinate and leverage external legal partners across different jurisdictions when specific domain expertise, local regulatory knowledge, or execution support is needed;

• Draft, negotiate, and strengthen key agreements and legal templates in Lithuanian and English.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• 5+ years of legal experience in-house or at a top law firm, ideally supporting fast-paced tech, e-commerce, media, digital, or consumer-focused businesses;

• Strong expertise in commercial and corporate law, with solid exposure to IP, data protection, consumer protection, IT, and general compliance matters;

• Strong commercial judgment and confidence making fast, business-oriented decisions even when information is incomplete;

• Excellent at translating legal and regulatory risk into practical advice that helps teams move forward with confidence;

• Experience navigating international setups, multiple jurisdictions, and working effectively with external legal partners;

• A track record of building trust quickly and influencing diverse stakeholder groups across functions and seniority levels;

• Exceptional ownership, prioritization, and time management skills, with the ability to operate independently in a high-speed environment;

• A systems-oriented mindset with the ability to spot recurring issues, improve workflows, and raise the maturity of the legal function over time;

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Lithuanian and English.
