We’re seeking a junior/mid level Legal Counsel. In this role, you’ll work closely with product leads and internal teams to ensure initiatives meet legal and regulatory requirements, while providing practical guidance on contracts, IP, consumer claims, compliance, and internal processes. You’ll help anticipate risks and implement solutions that keep the business moving smoothly.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Partner with teams across the business to provide practical, business-oriented legal guidance;

• Help protect our brands and products by managing IP matters, including trademark registrations, monitoring potential infringements, and coordinating responses when needed;

• Support product teams by embedding legal thinking into the product lifecycle and helping ensure compliance;

• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements;

• Support KYC, compliance, and due diligence by preparing clear documentation and identifying potential gaps early;

• Work with external counsel when needed, ensuring clear communication and smooth follow-through.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• 2+ years of legal experience (law firm or in-house), ideally in tech, e-commerce, or consumer-focused environments;

• Strong foundation in commercial law and contracts, with the ability to apply it in real business situations;

• Familiarity with IP, GDPR, and product compliance (you don’t need to know everything, but you should know where to look and how to act);

• Confidence in navigating international setups and different jurisdictions;

• Capability to turn complex legal topics into clear, practical guidance for non-legal teams;

• Exceptional ownership, prioritization, and time management skills, with the ability to operate independently in a high-speed environment;

• Clear and confident communication in Lithuanian and English.
