We’re looking for a Full-Stack Developer to help build and evolve a digital product, contributing to high-quality solutions, collaborating across teams, and supporting technical decisions aligned with business goals.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Build and maintain product features end-to-end, from backend logic to user-facing interfaces;

• Develop responsive, high-performance web applications with a focus on usability and scalability;

• Design and implement APIs and integrations with internal and external systems;

• Contribute to architecture decisions and continuously improve code quality and system reliability;

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into production-ready solutions;

• Take ownership of your work - from concept to deployment and iteration.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack or front-end/back-end development;

• Strong experience with React, TypeScript, and modern front-end architecture;

• Solid back-end skills with PHP (Laravel) and relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL);

• Experience building and consuming APIs;

• Understanding of performance optimization, scalability, and clean architecture;

• Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and modern development practices;

• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a product-focused environment;

• Strong communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions;

• Attention to detail and commitment to writing clean, maintainable code;

• Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
