We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to help build and evolve a digital product, contributing to high-quality solutions, collaborating across teams, and supporting technical decisions aligned with business goals.

What you’ll do:

• Build and maintain product features end-to-end, from backend logic to user-facing interfaces

• Build and optimize high-performance web applications with a strong focus on usability, performance, and maintainability

• Design and implement APIs and integrations with internal and external systems

• Drive architecture decisions and continuously improve system design and reliability

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into production-ready solutions

• Take ownership of systems and initiatives from concept through deployment, iteration, and ongoing improvement

What we expect:

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack or front-end/back-end development

• Strong experience with React, TypeScript, and modern front-end architecture

• Solid back-end skills with PHP (Laravel) and relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)

• Experience building and consuming APIs

• Understanding of performance optimization, scalability, and clean architecture

• Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and modern development practices

• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive initiatives from idea to production

• Strong communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions

• Attention to detail and commitment to writing clean, maintainable code

• Fluency in Lithuanian and English
