We’re now looking for a Email Marketing Specialist who’s ready to shape what’s next and leave a real mark. If you’re highly organized, strategically thinking individual, who have experience with Shopify x Klaviyo / Omnisend integrations and can take our retention strategy to the next level.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Create and execute retention strategy across a few growing brands, including automations, campaigns, A/B tests;
Work closely with product, creative and marketing teams to fulfill strategies and improvements in email and sms;
Analyze email performance metrics and make data-driven optimizations;
Drive retention, LTV, and repeat revenue through thoughtful lifecycle design and experimentation;
Experimentation beyond email - think of A/B testing funnels, landing pages and other areas to improve channel performance;
Continuously optimize email/SMS content, timing and settings to improve engagement and retention metrics;
Take full ownership of retention initiatives from idea to execution and tracking;
Work in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment where ownership, hustle and strategic mindset matter.
WHAT WE EXPECT:
At least 2 years of experience working in email marketing, retention or CRM;
Proven experience working with Shopify;
Expertise on email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Omnisend, Mailerlite);
Experience using AI tools;
Ownership attitude - from idea to setup, launch and performance evaluation;
Own day-to-day retention performance across brands, ensuring high quality in flows, segmentation, campaigns, personalization, and technical setup;
Data-driven mindset - ability to analyze retention metrics and draw strategic conclusions to improve performance;
Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and prioritize effectively;
Proactiveness and willingness to test, learn, grow and find new ways to improve retention rate.
