We’re now looking for a Deliverability Expert with strong experience in email systems, CRM flows, and performance-driven marketing environments. Someone who understands not just how to send emails, but how to ensure they actually land, perform, and generate revenue. WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Manage, execute and optimize email deliverability strategies for both transactional and marketing email streams;

• Monitor inbox placement performance and ensure consistent delivery to primary inboxes;

• Warm up new domains and email infrastructure for new and ongoing sending projects;

• Consult and support the email marketing team on best practices to improve deliverability and inbox placement;

• Implement, configure, and maintain deliverability monitoring and reporting tools;

• Oversee data integration between CRM systems and ESP platforms to ensure stable email flows;

• Support the development and scaling of reliable transactional and marketing email systems;

• Define standards, processes, and tools for monitoring, alerting, and long-term deliverability health;
  

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• Strong hands-on experience with email deliverability principles (inbox placement, sender reputation, domain/IP management);

• Understanding of transactional and marketing email flows in e-commerce environments;

• Analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose and solve deliverability and performance issues;

• Experience in high-volume or performance-driven industries (e-commerce or affiliate experience is a strong plus);

• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with focus on practical solutions and results;

• Strong English communication skills;

• Ability to work in fast-paced, data-driven environments;
