We’re looking for a Meta (Facebook) Media Buyer to join our team. In this role, you will be implementing effective advertising strategies across multiple markets and products. From planning and executing digital media buying to monitoring campaign performance and suggesting optimization strategies, you'll play a crucial role in driving profitable outcomes. WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Work with the Meta Ads team to define and prioritize successful advertisements for our products;

• Plan, manage, and execute digital media buying for multiple markets and products;

• Monitor campaign performance;

• Leverage tools to review traffic performance and provide ongoing optimization suggestions;

• Manage budget allocations and bid parameters to deliver the most efficient results;

• Work closely with the Creative team to provide up-to-date insights on the latest Ads performance;

• Periodically audit accounts;

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and execute new ideas.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• Previous experience in performace marketing (internship, freelance, or personal projects);

• Knowledge of Ads Manager and how to interpret key metrics. Big budgets? Don't worry if you haven't run them yet, you will here;

• Motivation to grow in paid social advertising and willingness to learn fast;

• Strong analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills;

• Proactive attitude, openness to feedback, proactiveness, and curiosity;

• Attention to detail;

• Fluent in Lithuanian and English, both written and verbal.
