We’re looking for an Operational Team Lead to help drive efficiency, alignment, and execution across our fast-growing DTC ecommerce business with multiple product lines. In this role, you’ll oversee day-to-day operational workflows, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and ensure teams are working effectively to support growth, customer satisfaction, and business performance.

You’ll collaborate closely with ecommerce managers, growth marketers, customer support, developers, and creative teams to streamline processes, improve communication, and optimize operational performance across the business. From managing priorities and resolving bottlenecks to improving internal systems and supporting product launches, your work will directly influence scalability, efficiency, and revenue growth.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Lead, manage, and develop the team while overseeing daily operations to ensure efficient execution of tasks, projects, and processes;

• Coordinate priorities, timelines, and deliverables to keep projects organized and on schedule;

• Identifying bottlenecks, streamlining workflows, and implementing best practices for efficiency;

• Optimize workflows, identify inefficiencies, and help improve operational processes across the business;

• Communicate with internal teams to support smooth daily operations;

• Assist with internal production needs, including creating, updating, reviewing, and organizing operational and business-related content;

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• Previous experience recruiting, managing, and developing teams, as well as overseeing operations or eCommerce projects.

• Proficiency with people management, communication, and collaboration tools;

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;

• Experience coordinating workflows, priorities, and day-to-day operational tasks;

• Proactive mindset with a hands-on approach to operational support and execution.
