We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst ready to convert various business questions into clear analysis. We want to have a senior team member who supports colleagues by providing business insights and building business models for future success.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Analyze business data to provide strategic insights that drive business decisions;

• Transform raw and complex data into meaningful insights, tailoring solutions to the needs of various stakeholders;

• Monitor key performance indicators and standard reports;

• Build up management reporting structure;

• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce costs;

• Own revenue forecasting across business units keeping assumptions clear and ensuring they reflect the latest data for accurate budgeting;

• Support ad hoc analysis requests, involving detailed market data or highly specific business questions, helping stakeholders make informed decisions;

• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in financial performance, keep the team informed.
  

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• Experience in a business, commercial or financial analyst roles, with hands-on on supporting management in financial planning, forecasting, and analysis;

• Strong analytical and communication skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret complex business data;

• Proficient in using SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data stored in databases;

• Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, high-level attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy maintaining the ability to see the big picture;

• Curiosity and a highly collaborative work style;

• Ability to optimize analysis time and make informed decisions independently;

• Fluent in Lithuanian and English, both written and verbal;

• Nice to have: Experience working with risk.
